  What country are you in? You haven’t been able to find the link for the book on Amazon? You’ll have to pull up Kindle version of it on Amazon.com and buy through your Amazon.com account. I just checked it on the US website – it worked for me! Please let me know if you are still having trouble! I’ll see what I can do.
